PRODUCT DETAILS

Cylindrical Activated Carbon Cartridge Filter Systems

Cylindrical Activated Carbon Cartridge Filters are high-capacity molecular filtration systems engineered for the extraction and adsorption of intense odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hazardous gases, and chemical fumes in commercial and industrial HVAC networks. Manufactured from perforated galvanized steel in a radial cylinder configuration, they ensure uniform airflow distribution across the carbon bed for maximum adsorption efficiency.

Each cylindrical cartridge is packed with high-grade pelletized activated carbon granules using specialized vibration compaction equipment to prevent settling and air channeling. Removable end caps allow easy replacement of spent carbon granules without discarding the metal cylinder housing. Available in 4, 6, 8, or 16 cartridge mounting plates with built-in sealing gaskets, the system ensures zero bypass and effortless jobsite maintenance.

Key Features

  • Vibrated Pellet Carbon Packing: Mechanically packed under vibration to achieve optimum density and eliminate internal air bypass
  • Refillable & Cost-Effective: Removable end covers enable fast carbon media replacement while reusing the metal cartridge frames
  • Modular Array Configurations: Available in 4, 6, 8, or 16-cylinder base plate arrays tailored to volumetric air demands
  • Airtight Gasket Seal: High-density sealing gasket between mounting base plate and housing prevents untreated air leakage
  • Corrosion-Resistant Housing: Rigid perforated galvanized steel or stainless steel cylinders engineered for industrial durability
  • Tool-Free Service Accessibility: Bayonet lock or quick-release fasteners for rapid cartridge installation and removal

Application Fields

  • Commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and food-court canopy exhaust systems
  • Hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and chemical testing laboratories
  • Wastewater treatment plants, sludge pumping stations, and municipal waste handling facilities
  • Paint spray booths, print shops, and plastics manufacturing processing solvent vapors
  • Airports, commercial retail centers, and civil defense shelter air handling filtration stages
