Vertical Discharge Roof Fan (Motor Out of Airstream)
Engineered for the high-velocity upward expulsion of grease-laden, elevated-temperature, humid, and foul-smelling air from rooftop extraction points, this Vertical Discharge Roof Fan incorporates an isolated motor compartment. The vertical discharge geometry propels contaminated air high above the roofline, preventing exhaust re-entrainment into fresh air intakes and protecting the roof membrane from grease deposition.
By locating the electric motor completely outside the contaminated airstream, the drive unit is protected against corrosive vapors and heat buildup, ensuring extended service reliability. Capable of delivering airflow capacities up to 10,000 m³/h with superior static pressure generation, its weatherproof housing and standardized curb-mounting base allow fast installation and dependable continuous operation.
